In need of a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask and manage the day-to-day administration. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Must be exceptionally organised, client savvy, adaptable and professional minded Administration Officer to join their experienced team.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients and assisting them with their enquiries via phone, email, online, or in person
  • Maintain client records and updating on database
  • Manage office supplies, negotiating prices, and placing orders
  • To assist in the resolution of problems of all types, either directly or via others
  • To improve our processes and systems for handling work
  • To react appropriately to feedback from clients about problems, issues, or improvements
  • Other general administrative duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to work methodically and with priority
  • Experience maintaining and managing company record documents a bonus
  • MS office and CRM experience
  • Ability to learn new concepts and to apply them to the work
