About the opportunity  

Seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to sell recruitment solutions to business’ across Australia. You will be your own boss and will be working as an independent contractor on an attractive commission based structure. Take advantage of this opportunity and choose your hours / your work volume. The successful candidate will have the ability to onboard new clients and sell our services.

You have the flexibility to do BDM or Recruitment or both.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sales and new business development
  • Drive, maintain and grow client base
  • Pitch the benefit of our recruitment service to new & existing clients
  • Market mapping
  • Recruitment work if desired and earn more
  • Adhoc administrative tasks


Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in sales and new business development
  • Recruitment experience a bonus
  • You have a passion for sales and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Target, results and KPI driven
  • Have the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience in the use of computer systems and web-based technologies
  • A home office, computer, and reliable internet connection
  • Must have a registered Australian Business Number
