Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical specifications, tech packs for initial styles
- Coordinate fit sessions
- Manage Quality Control & Assurance and QC process of garments
- Ensure sample requirements, measurements, fine details and timelines are met
- Create costing sheets
- Liaise with factories, makers, and other stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
- 3 + years’ experience within Garment Technology / Product Developer role
- Experience working with high quality garments
- Highly technical with sound knowledge of garment construction, specifications, grading, and quality assurance
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of garment construction, fit, specs, fabrications, shapes, and trims
- Strong communication skills and must have the ability to clearly articulate fits and commentary
- Experience communicating with vendors and suppliers
- Strong time management skills and thrives within a fast-paced environment
