Reporting directly to Country Manager, the Import Operations role will be responsible for handling all Import FCL/LCL, liaising with Carriers, Service Providers and Overseas Partners.
This role requires an individual with a high level of communication, problem solving skills and the ability to think on their feet and make quick decisions as this role highly depends on ensuring ongoing Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, issues, and concerns as well as develop new opportunities in different trade lanes, services.
