About the opportunity  

Seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, you will be your own boss, work independently and will be working as a contractor. You will be paid an attractive commission based salary at the end of each campaign. Take advantage of this opportunity and choose your hours / your work volume. The successful candidate will also have the option to onboard new clients and sell our services, which will give you the opportunity to earn more.


You have the flexibility to do BDM or Recruitment or both.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment on permanent roles
  • Provide high quality recruitment services to our clients and meet each clients requirements
  • Client and candidate management
  • Posting job adverts across varios online platforms
  • Screening candidates
  • Sales and new business development (optional)
  • Adhoc administrative tasks


Skills and Experience:

  • Recruitment experience (internal or agency) preferable
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience using computer / web-based technologies
  • Target, results and KPI driven
  • Experience in the use of computer systems and web-based technologies
  • A home office, computer, and reliable internet connection
  • Must have a registered Australian Business Number
